Mylar bag production process

Step1:Gravure printing.

The design is printed onto the outer layer of the laminated film.

Step2:Cutting:

The laminated and printed film is cut into sheets or rolls of the desired size.

Step3:Bag Formation:

The sheets are folded and heat-sealed on three sides to form the bag structure. For stand-up pouches, a gusset may be added to the bottom.
